As you may recall, this is not my first time at Creekside RNR. In the spring of 2022, I enjoyed a luxury dome glamping experience with my husband Eric, and we returned for a mirrored cabin retreat in 2023. See more at the end of this article. Rest A’shore is Enchanting

You will be enchanted by the thoughtful touches that enhance your stay at Rest A’shore. The nautical decor, cozy Creekside RNR terrycloth robes, a skylight above the master bed, and an electric fireplace (yes, really) create a unique atmosphere. We thought we had seen it all until Lucie said goodnight, closed her door, and exclaimed with delight: “Oh my goodness!” The stars on the twin bed comforters glowed in the dark, and darling mini-lights subtly illuminated the sleeping quarters. I had to see for myself and knew instantly that kids would love these features. Back in my bed, gazing up at the stars through my skylight, I wondered what delightful surprises Creekside RNR owners will come up with next. I can’t wait to find out.

Nordique de la Vie

Lucie and I booked a three-hour visit at Nordique de la Vie, the on-site Nordic Spa at Creekside RNR. Just a two-minute walk through the woods behind Rest A’shore, this wellness center welcomes you with aromatherapy, herbal tea, and a relaxation area inside the main building. Outside, unwind in hammock chairs, around a fire pit, or in a relaxation dome. Enjoy a red cedar sauna, three red cedar hot tubs, a cold plunge pool, and a cold water shower. Towels, changing rooms, lockers, and showers are provided. The serene sounds of nature, soothing background music, and twinkling lights wrapped around trees create a memorable experience. Creekside RNR also offers a meditation and yoga centre. Take a deep breath and find a deeper connection at your own pace, or participate in one of Creekside RNR’s pre-guided classes offered.
